A part rewire may simply be updating a few elements such fuseboxes, fittings or cables etc to the current regulations. All work is guaranteed for 12 months, and is carried out to BS7671 standards and Part P compliant. BS7671 is the British Standard for Electrical Installation & incorporates the IEE wiring regulations. Sinclair is an accredited and approved NICEIC domestic installer.
